Founded in 1997 in Scottsdale, Arizona, Just Let Me Do It was established by Curtis and Colleen Pyle with the initial vision of operating as a residential handyman Company. However, during their inaugural year, they quickly recognized a significant demand for commercial repair and remodeling services.

This insight revealed a lucrative niche market, with retail stores and restaurants increasingly relying on Just Let Me Do It for their various service needs. The Pyles understood that by expanding and leveraging this market, the company could continue to thrive even amidst economic downturns.

Due to the strong demand from clients, Just Let Me Do It has successfully launched six corporate locations. Today, the Pyles have strategically restructured the business to pursue national franchising opportunities across the nation.

Curtis Pyle, President & Co-Founder

Curtis Pyle is the President and Co-Founder of Just Let Me Do It Commercial Services, a thriving business he has built with hard work, vision, and dedication. Growing up in Phoenix, Arizona, Curtis was raised by his late mother, Jeannie, and learned self-reliance early in life, especially in the absence of a father figure. His journey into the trades began when his uncle, a refrigeration company owner, hired him and taught him essential plumbing and electrical skills for A/C units.

Curtis’s entrepreneurial spirit emerged quickly. After gaining valuable hands-on experience, he decided to strike out on his own, starting a handyman business. It wasn’t long before commercial clients began seeking his services, prompting him to pursue his General Contractor’s license to meet their needs. Armed with his license, Curtis built a reputation for excellence, fostering strong, lasting relationships with his clients.

Under Curtis’s leadership, Just Let Me Do It has grown into a national presence, operating in six states and expanding through franchising. His success is a testament to his drive, expertise, and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

In his free time, Curtis enjoys unwinding with his wife and children, spending time on his boat, or relaxing at his beach house. His passion for both work and family reflects his well-rounded and grounded approach to life.

Misty Hellyer, Franchise Manager & On-Boarding Coordinator

Misty is our seasoned franchise manager with 8 years of experience driving operational excellence and sales growth within the Just Let Me Do It network. She has a proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations, fostering strong team dynamics, and consistently exceeding performance goals by implementing strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service. Misty has a deep understanding of the Just Let Me Do It business model and achieves top-tier performance across franchised locations. Misty is also experienced in designing and implementing engaging onboarding experiences, leveraging technology and best practices to provide new franchises and employees with a smooth transition into their roles. She ensures new franchisees feel welcomed, informed, and fully equipped to contribute effectively to the Just Let Me Do It team. In her free time, Misty loves to spend time with her four beautiful children. Whether running along a soccer field, hiya-ing at karate practice, or at home for a movie night, you will always find her doing mom things. Much like her dedication to work, Misty pours the same amount of love and enthusiasm into her home life.
