In 1997, Just Let Me Do It was founded in Scottsdale, Arizona by Curtis and Colleen Pyle. When the company first formed, they really envisioned it being a residential handyman company. However, in their first year in business, they found that there was a high demand for commercial repair and remodel work.
It didn’t take long to figure out that they had found a niche market. Retail stores and restaurants became more and more dependent on Just Let Me Do It for all their service needs. The Pyles knew if they could grow and capitalize on this market, that even in a bad economy, Just Let Me Do It would stay thriving.
Through high client demand, Just Let Me Do It has opened six successful corporate locations. Today, the Pyles have restructured their business to franchise nationally.
Colleen Pyle, Founder/CEO
Colleen Pyle is the Founder of Just Let Me Do It Commercial Services. She grew up with a very large family in Scottsdale Arizona. Her father was a General Contractor, so being a construction brat, Colleen learned a lot about the building industry. Since she was a little girl, she had big dreams and big ideas. As a natural entrepreneur, she knew she wanted to have her own business someday. When she met her husband Curtis in 1996 and saw that he was hardworking and extremely handy, she knew they could combine their knowledge and skills and start their own business together. Colleen thrives on great customer service and she is very detailed on the day-to-day operations of her Company. She believes in making a fun, stress-free environment for her entire staff. In her spare time, she loves cuddling with her kids, reading a great book, spending time with family and friends and doing nice things for others.
Curtis Pyle, Co-Founder/COO
Curtis Pyle is the CEO of Just Let Me Do It Commercial Services. He is an amazing person and his family and friends admire his strong work ethic. He grew up in Phoenix Arizona and was raised by his late mother, Jeannie. Being that Curtis grew up without a father figure, he had to learn to fix things on his own. At a young age, Curtis was hired by his Uncle who owned a refrigeration Company. His uncle taught him how to do plumbing and electrical on A/C units. After doing that for a few years, Curtis decided that he wanted to work for himself doing handyman work. Before he knew it, he started getting calls from commercial clients and at that point, he knew that he had to go to school and get his General Contractors license. After he was licensed, Curtis was able to take on numerous Commercial clients and build long-lasting relationships. Curtis has grown his Company into 6 different states and is now franchising nationally! In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife and kids, go out on his boat or just relax at his beach house.
Julianne Reeger, Office Manager
Julianne is the Office Manager for Just Let Me Do It. She is our go-to girl as she has been with the company for 7 years and has had her hands in all aspects of the business. She is extremely organized and is a wonderful asset to our company. She loves working in a fun, upbeat, office environment and enjoys being part of a team! In her earlier years, she pursued a teaching degree, however, after seeing great growth, potential, and having fun with her job, her path was changed. Her goals are to continue to grow with the company and to one day own some JLMDI locations of her own. In her free time she enjoys working with her horses and gives riding lessons, spending time with her family and friends, and enjoying the outdoors with her dog “Roo”.
